Brooke Neborsky LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates dailyselfmassage.com (the “Site”) and provides online self-massage courses and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

By purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by the Course Enrollment Agreement & Liability Release in full. This document is incorporated into these Terms by reference. A copy is presented and must be accepted at checkout.

You acknowledge and agree to our Medical Disclaimer, which is included within the Course Enrollment Agreement & Liability Release. The course is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
5. Intellectual Property & License
All content on the Site and in our courses (videos, text, images, guides, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Brooke Neborsky LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not record, copy, share, distribute, resell, screenshot, or use the materials for any other purpose.
Violations will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.
6. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Due to the digital nature of the courses, all sales are final once access is granted, subject to any exceptions clearly stated at checkout. See the refund policy presented during purchase for details.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brooke Neborsky LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and the Course Enrollment Agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Hawaii or through binding arbitration as permitted by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or the Course Enrollment Agreement.
12. Changes to Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
