By purchasing and enrolling in any online course offered by Brooke Neborsky LLC, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms:
1. Course License & Usage Rules
- You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- You agree not to record, copy, share, distribute, resell, screenshot, or use the materials for any commercial purpose or to teach others.
- Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
2. Medical Disclaimer
The course is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No therapist-client relationship is created.
You must consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any self-massage routine, especially if you have injuries, medical conditions, chronic pain, are pregnant, or have had recent surgery.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release
I understand that self-massage techniques involve inherent risks of injury, including (but not limited to) muscle strain, bruising, joint irritation, nerve issues, or worsening of existing conditions.
I voluntarily assume all risks and knowingly release, waive, and discharge Brooke Neborsky LLC, Brooke Neborsky, and all affiliates (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, or damages (including negligence) arising from my participation in or use of the course, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I agree to stop immediately if I feel pain or discomfort and seek professional medical advice.
I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from my use of the course.
4. Payments & Refunds
All digital course sales are final once access is granted, subject to the refund policy stated at checkout.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
